Return and Exchange Policy

1) Application deadlines

A request for a return or exchange can be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the parcel (the countdown begins on the next day after delivery).

2) Conditions of acceptance of goods

  • The item has not been used , no signs of wear/washing, clean.
  • The original packaging , factory labels and complete set are preserved.
  • Please include a copy of your receipt/invoice or order number sheet.

3) If the size/color does not fit (good quality)

  • Return shipping is paid by the Buyer .
  • The Buyer pays for re-shipment in case of exchange.
  • We will refund the cost of the item excluding the original shipping cost.

4) Defect/packaging error (poor quality)

  • Return shipping and re-shipping are at the Seller’s expense (please arrange for shipping at the recipient’s expense ).
  • Before sending, please send a photo/video of the defect and the condition of the packaging to the support email.

5) Refund

  • Method: the same payment method (if available) or another agreed-upon method. For cash on delivery, return to IBAN .
  • Deadline: up to 3-5 business days after receipt and inspection of the return at the warehouse.
  • When exchanging, we send a new pair after receiving and checking the returned item (if the required size is available).

6) How to arrange a return/exchange

  1. Please write to blnga@gmail.com with the subject line: "Return [order number]" or "Exchange [order number]" . Please include your full name, phone number, city, order number, model/size, reason for request, desired size for exchange (if exchanging), and IBAN for return (if returning).
  2. Prepare your parcel: don't attach the waybill to the branded box —use the shipping box. Place the item, all attachments (tags/strings), and a copy of the receipt or order number sheet inside.
  3. Send your parcel via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta to one of the addresses below. Once shipped, please provide us with the consignment note number.
  4. Wait for the inspection results. We will refund/send exchanges within 3-5 business days of receipt.

  • We do not accept: goods with signs of wear/washing, damage, foreign odors, traces of cosmetics.
  • Refusal to accept is possible if the package is incomplete or the branded box is damaged/sealed.
