Return and Exchange Policy

1) Application deadlines

A request for a return or exchange can be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the parcel (the countdown begins on the next day after delivery).

2) Conditions of acceptance of goods

2.1. The item has not been used , has no signs of wear or washing, and is clean.

2.2. The original packaging , factory labels and complete set are preserved.

2.3. Add a copy of the receipt or delivery note or sheet from the order no .

3) If the size or color does not fit (good quality)

3.1. Return shipping is paid by the Buyer .

3.2. The Buyer pays for re-shipment in case of exchange.

3.3. The cost of the goods is refunded excluding the initial delivery cost.

4) Defect or assembly error (poor quality)

4.1. Return shipping and reshipment are at the Seller's expense (please arrange for shipping at the recipient's expense).

4.2. Before sending, please send a photo or video of the defect and packaging condition to our support email.

5) Refund

5.1. Method: the same method used for payment (if available) or another agreed upon method. For cash on delivery, refund to IBAN .

5.2. Timeframe: up to 3–5 business days after receipt and inspection of the return at the warehouse.

5.3. When exchanging goods, a new item will be sent after the returned item has been received and checked (if the required size is available).

6) How to arrange a return or exchange

6.1. Write to blnga@gmail.com with the subject "Return [Order No.]" or "Exchange [Order No.]". In your email, please include your full name, phone number, city, order number, model or size, reason for requesting an exchange, the desired size (if an exchange), and the IBAN for the return (if a return).

6.2. Prepare the parcel: do not attach the consignment note to the branded box – use the shipping box. Place the product, all attachments (tags, laces), and a copy of the receipt or order number inside.

6.3. Send the parcel via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta to one of the addresses below and provide the TTN number after sending.

6.4. Funds will be returned or exchanged within 3–5 business days after the goods have been received and inspected.

9) Important notes

9.1. Items with signs of wear or washing, damage, foreign odors, or traces of cosmetics will not be accepted.

9.2. Refusal to accept is possible if the package is incomplete or the branded box is damaged or has a seal on it.
