1. General Provisions

1.1. Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”), Progressive Partnerships LLC ,

EIN: 98-1790525 , address: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, defines the following conditions, purposes, procedure and measures to ensure the security and protection of personal data of Visitors to the site https://balenciaga.net.ua

1.2. The Policy has been developed in compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data". The terms used in the Policy are interpreted in accordance with their definition in the law and taking into account the section "Terms and Definitions". Progressive Partnerships LLC guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data of the Site Visitors received.

1.3. Please note that this Policy has been developed taking into account the latest changes in the legislation governing the protection of personal data, namely the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation No. 2016/679 of 27.04.2016 or GDPR).


2. Terms and definitions

2.1. Personal data – information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified based on the data provided by him.

2.2. The website is an information resource on the Internet at https://balenciaga.net.ua.

2.3. The Site Visitor is the subject of personal data, a person who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the materials and information of the Site, and may subsequently be the Buyer in accordance with the Public Offer Agreement.

2.4. The Site Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Administration) are the employees who control and manage the Site resources. Namely: represent the interests and act on behalf of Progressive Partnerships LLC, process and organize the process of processing personal data provided by the Visitor, and also determine the purposes of such processing, the composition and type of data subject to processing, hereinafter referred to as the Seller in accordance with the Public Offer Agreement.

2.5. IP address – a unique network address of a node in a computer network, built using the IP protocol.


3. Methods of processing personal data

3.1. The Administration processes the personal data of the Site Visitors in the following ways: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision), deletion, destruction of personal data.

3.2. Personal data of Site Visitors is stored exclusively on electronic media and is used for the purposes specified in paragraph 4.3 of the Policy.

3.3. The Administration has the right to entrust the processing of personal data to a third party in compliance with the requirements provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data".

3.4. The provision of personal data of visitors to the Site at the request of state bodies and local government bodies is carried out in accordance with the procedure stipulated by the current legislation of Ukraine.


4. Concept and composition of personal data, purpose of their processing

4.1. The list of personal data subject to protection in the Administration is formed on the basis of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”.

4.2. When viewing the Site, reading information automatically records certain data about the computer from which the subject of personal data views the Site of the Administration. When viewing the Site, the Administration collects the following technical information: IP address; cookie information; browser and operating system type; access time; URL of the site from which the transition was made.

4.3. The Administration processes and protects the personal data of persons who have filled out any feedback forms on the Site in accordance with the following purposes:

4.3.1. providing interested parties with information about the product indicated on the Administration Website and placing an order;

4.3.2. execution of the contract;

4.3.3. sending reference, marketing and advertising information to the Site Visitors with their consent by sending such messages to the specified telephone number and/or email;

4.3.4. providing Visitors to the Site with consultations on issues related to the purchase of goods posted on the Site;

4.3.5. maintaining records and statistics;

4.3.6. administration of the Site;

4.3.7. confirmation of the completeness and accuracy of the data provided by the Visitor;

4.3.8. providing the Visitor with information about the status of the order he has placed.

4.4. List of personal data processed: last name, first name, patronymic, contact telephone number, email, place of residence, etc.

4.5. A person who has filled out an application form on the Site voluntarily provides the Administration with the personal data specified in paragraph 4.4 of the Policy.

4.6. By filling out any forms on the Site, the subject of personal data voluntarily agrees with the Policy, and also expresses his/her consent to the processing of personal data specified in paragraph 4.4 of the Policy.

4.7. The processing of personal data of Site Visitors is carried out without time limitation by any legal means, including in personal data information systems using automation tools.

4.8. The Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the Visitor’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other illegal actions of third parties.

4.9. If the Visitor does not agree with the terms of the privacy policy, the latter is obliged to stop using the Site and leave it immediately.

4.10. The Administration does not check the veracity of the personal data provided by the Visitor.


5. Rights and obligations of the subject of personal data (Website Visitor)

5.1. The subject of personal data has the right:

5.1.1. demand clarification of your personal data, its updating, blocking or destruction;

5.1.2. demand notification of all persons who were previously informed of his incorrect or incomplete personal data about all corrections and additions made;

5.1.3. appeal in the manner prescribed by law against unlawful actions or inactions during the processing of his personal data;

5.1.4. The subject of personal data also has other rights provided for in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data";

5.1.5. Visitors to the Site undertake to provide only reliable information about themselves;

5.1.6. Consent to the processing of personal data is given by the Site Visitor for the entire period required by the Administration to achieve the purposes of processing.

5.2. Consent to the processing of personal data may be revoked by the Site Visitor by sending a written statement to the Administration via electronic and/or mobile communications.

5.3. Persons who have transferred information to the Administration through the Site about another subject of personal data, without having the consent of such subject whose personal data was transferred, shall be liable in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.



6. Rights and obligations (of the Site Administration)

6.1. The Administration does not process any special categories of personal data.

6.2. The Visitor’s personal data may be transferred to authorized state and judicial authorities only if there are legal grounds and a corresponding request.

6.3. The Administration is obliged to ensure the safety of the Visitor’s personal data and the security of their privacy.

6.4. The Administration undertakes to notify persons who have received the Visitor’s personal data that the data may only be used for the purposes for which they were notified, and to require these persons to confirm that this rule has been observed.

6.5. The Administration has the right to use information that it learns during the execution of a public offer agreement and/or a product purchase and sale agreement.


7. Ensuring the protection and security of personal data

7.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. In order to ensure the full protection of personal data of Users on the territory of Ukraine, this Privacy Policy has been developed taking into account the provisions of the legislation of Ukraine, in particular: the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data", the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce", the Law of Ukraine "On Information" and other regulatory legal acts.

7.2. The Administration takes measures for technological and operational security to protect information provided by visitors to the site from unauthorized access, disclosure, distortion, blocking or destruction.

7.3. The measures applied by the Administration include:

7.3.1. application of legal, technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data;

7.3.2. use of antivirus software on the Administration’s computers;

7.3.3. establishing rules for access to Personal data; monitoring the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data;

7.3.4. access to personal data is provided exclusively to authorized persons of the Administration who have undertaken to maintain the confidentiality of such information.


8. Dispute resolution procedure

8.1. The Visitor and the Administration shall resolve all disputes and disagreements arising from the relations covered by this Privacy Policy through negotiations.

8.2. In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute may be referred to the judicial authorities in accordance with the current procedural legislation.


9. Final Provisions

9.1. The Policy is subject to change or addition when relevant changes or additions are made to the current legislation of Ukraine on the protection of personal data.

9.2. The policy may be changed unilaterally at any time at the discretion of the Administration.

9.3. All relations involving the Administration, concerning the processing and protection of personal data and not directly reflected in the Policy, are regulated in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine on the protection of personal data.

9.4. The Policy is freely available for review and viewing on the website.

9.5. Control over compliance with the requirements of the Policy is carried out by the Administration or the person responsible for organizing the processing of personal data.
