1. General Provisions

1.1. The Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”), Candis Solutions LLC , EIN: 33-2033500 , address: 63431 Bennett Dr NW, Apt B, Roanoke, VA 24017, USA , defines the terms, purposes, procedures and measures to ensure the security and protection of personal data of Visitors to the website https://balenciaga.net.ua.

1.2. This Policy has been developed in compliance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection." Terms used in this Policy are interpreted in accordance with the law. Candis Solutions LLC guarantees the confidentiality of personal data received from website visitors.
