1. General Provisions

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") sets forth the rules for using the website balenciaga.net.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), the procedure for placing orders, payment, delivery, return/exchange and interaction between the visitor/buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the seller under the public offer - SF FINANCIAL LLC .

By using the Site, the User confirms that he/she has read the Agreement, accepts its terms and undertakes to comply with them.

2. Acceptance of terms and conditions (acceptance)

Acceptance of the Agreement is defined as any of the following actions: placing an order, making a payment, creating an account, submitting delivery information, or communicating with support. Upon acceptance, the Parties are deemed to have entered into an agreement under the terms of this Agreement.

3. Use of the Site

• The user provides a valid full name, telephone number, email address, and delivery address.
• It is prohibited to disrupt the operation of the Site, gain unauthorized access, or post false information.
• The site may temporarily restrict access to technical support.

4. Placing an order

1. Add the item to your cart, fill out the form and confirm your order.
2. Availability and shipping conditions are confirmed by a notification from the manager or an automatic email.
3. In case of an obvious technical error (price/description/photo/availability), the order may be cancelled with a full refund.

5. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in hryvnia and are valid at the time of ordering.
• Available payment methods: cash/card upon pickup, cash on delivery at Nova Poshta, bank transfer to the Seller's/payment partner's account, card payment using the details provided.
• Payment service fees and carrier rates are paid according to their rules.

6. Delivery

• We deliver throughout Ukraine using the Nova Poshta service: to a branch, parcel terminal, or by courier to your address.
• The TTN number for tracking is sent after the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
• The risk of accidental loss/damage passes to the user upon actual receipt from the carrier.
• Pick-up: River Mall Shopping Center, Dneprovskaya Embankment, 12, Kyiv, 02000 (during shopping center opening hours).

7. Acceptance of goods

• Please check the appearance, completeness and compliance of your order upon receipt.
• In case of damage or discrepancy, please file a report with the carrier and notify Site Support.

8. Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 calendar days, provided the item is in its original condition, packaging, and tags are intact. Detailed instructions are provided below.

8.1 Where to send the return

8.2 Procedure

1. Send an email to blnga@gmail.com with the subject “Return [order number]” or “Exchange [order number]”, include your full name, phone number +38 (067) 035 14 32 , model/size, reason, IBAN (for refund).
2. Prepare your parcel: do not attach the waybill to the branded box; use the shipping box; add the product, tags/strings, and a copy of the receipt or order number sheet inside.
3. Send the shipment and provide the consignment note number by email.

8.3 Costs and deadlines

• Proper quality: return shipping and re-shipment in case of exchange are at the User’s expense.
• Inadequate quality (defect/packaging error): return delivery and re-shipment – at the Seller’s expense (upon agreement – “at the recipient’s expense”).
• Refunds will be made by the same method (if possible by the service) or another agreed upon method, within 3-5 business days after receipt and verification.

9. Warranties and descriptions

• The shades in the photo may differ slightly due to display settings and production batch.
• The complete set is indicated on the product card; if necessary, please clarify the details before placing your order.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

The materials on the Website (text, photos, graphics, design, logos) are protected by law. Any use outside of those permitted by law is permitted only with the written consent of the copyright holder. The trademarks listed belong to their respective owners and are used to identify products.

11. Personal data and cookies

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Website's Privacy Policy and is used to fulfill orders, send service messages, and improve the Website's performance. Cookies are used to store settings and statistics.

12. Liability and force majeure

• The seller's liability is limited to the actual cost of the relevant order.
• The seller is not responsible for the operation of payment services, carriers and providers, or for circumstances beyond its control.
• During the period of force majeure, the deadlines for fulfilling obligations may be changed without penalties.

13. Dispute resolution

1. Claim procedure: send a request with a description of the situation and supporting materials to blnga@gmail.com .
2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be considered in a competent court in accordance with current legislation.

The service addresses in Ukraine (River Mall / carrier branch) specified in this Agreement are not the legal address of the Seller.

16. Amendments to the Agreement

The current version of the Agreement is always available on the Website and takes effect upon publication. Orders confirmed prior to the update are subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of confirmation.
