1. General Provisions
1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") sets forth the rules for using the website balenciaga.net.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), the procedure for placing orders, payment, delivery, returns/exchanges, and interactions between the visitor/buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the seller under the public offer - Candis Solutions LLC .
1.2. By using the Site, the User confirms that they have read the Agreement, accept its terms and undertake to comply with them.
2. Acceptance of terms and conditions (acceptance)
2.1. Acceptance of the Agreement is any of the following actions: placing an order, making a payment, creating an account, sending delivery information, or corresponding with support.
2.2. From the moment of acceptance, a contract under the terms of this Agreement is considered concluded between the Parties.
3. Use of the Site
3.1. The User provides a true full name, telephone number, e-mail, and delivery address.
3.2. It is prohibited to disrupt the operation of the Site, gain unauthorized access, or post false information.
3.3. The Site may temporarily restrict access to technical maintenance.
4. Placing an order
4.1 To place an order, you must add the product to your cart, fill out the form, and confirm the order.
4.2. Availability and shipping conditions are confirmed by notification from the manager or an automatic email.
4.3. In the event of an obvious technical error (price, description, photo, availability), the order may be cancelled with a full refund.
5. Prices and payment
5.1. Prices are displayed in hryvnia and are valid at the time of order placement.
5.2. Available payment methods: cash or card, cash on delivery at Nova Poshta, online payment via Way4Pay.
5.3. Payment service fees and carrier tariffs are paid in accordance with their rules.
6. Delivery
6.1. Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine by the Nova Poshta service to a branch, parcel terminal, or by courier to an address.
6.2. The TTN number for tracking is sent after the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
6.3. The risks of accidental loss or damage pass to the user upon actual receipt from the carrier.
7. Acceptance of goods
7.1. Upon receipt, it is necessary to check the appearance, completeness and compliance with the order.
7.2. In case of damage or non-compliance, a report is drawn up with the carrier and the Site support is notified.
8. Returns and exchanges
8.1. Returns or exchanges are possible within 14 calendar days, provided that the product is in its original condition, with original packaging and labels.
8.2. Returns are made through the carrier’s office or in person to the agreed address.
8.3. The costs of return shipping of the goods are borne by the User; in the event of a defect or packaging error, the Seller.
8.4. Refunds are made using the same payment method (if possible) or another agreed method within 3-5 business days after the product has been inspected.
9. Warranties and descriptions
9.1. Product shades in the photo may differ slightly due to display settings and production batch.
9.2. The complete set is indicated on the product card and can be clarified before placing the order.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
10.1. All materials on the Site are protected by copyright and related rights laws.
10.2. Any use of materials is possible only with the written consent of the copyright holder.
11. Personal data and cookies
11.1. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Website's Privacy Policy.
11.2. Cookies are used to ensure the proper functioning of the website and improve the service.
12. Liability and force majeure
12.1 The seller's liability is limited to the actual cost of the relevant order.
12.2. The Seller is not responsible for the operation of payment services, carriers, and other third parties.
12.3. In the event of force majeure, the deadlines for fulfilling obligations may be changed without the application of penalties.
13. Dispute resolution
13.1 Disputes are resolved through negotiations.
13.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be considered by a competent court in accordance with current legislation.

15. Amendments to the Agreement
15.1. The current version of the Agreement is always available on the Website and comes into force from the moment of publication.
15.2. Orders confirmed prior to the Agreement being updated shall be made under the terms and conditions in effect at the time of confirmation.
