Delivery terms

On the balenciaga.net.ua website, delivery within Ukraine is carried out via Nova Poshta . When placing your order, you can choose the delivery method that suits you best: a branch, a parcel terminal, or courier delivery to your address.

Delivery times in Ukraine

Once a parcel is dispatched, the average arrival time is 1-3 days . All orders are processed and dispatched daily .

If your order is placed before 3:00 PM , it will usually ship the same day . Orders placed after 3:00 PM will ship the next day .

Shipping cost

• Delivery to a branch or parcel terminal — 1–3 days, from 75 UAH.
• Address delivery by courier - 1-3 days, from 95 UAH.

Shipping is not included in the item price and is charged separately. If the buyer refuses to receive the package, they are not responsible for shipping.

Payment methods

The following options are available for payment of your order:

• cash on delivery;
• by bank card upon receipt;
• online payment via WayForPay .
