1. Delivery geography and terms

We deliver orders throughout Ukraine via Nova Poshta—to branches, parcel terminals, or by courier to your address.

• Delivery times are usually 1–3 business days from the moment of transfer to the carrier (the actual time depends on the region and the Nova Poshta schedule).
• Cost: according to the carrier’s current tariffs.
• TTN: we send the tracking number via SMS/Viber or e-mail immediately after sending.
• Orders on weekends/holidays: we dispatch on the first working day.

2. Pick-up from the pick-up point

Free. You can pick up your order in person after confirming it's ready:

Pickup is available during shopping center opening hours. We recommend arranging your visit in advance.

3. Payment methods

• Cash or bank card at the pick-up point (pick-up).
• Cash on delivery at Nova Poshta (at a branch or to a courier) - according to the carrier's rules.
• Non-cash transfer to the account using the provided details (for individuals and legal entities).
• Payment to the sole proprietor's card (details below).

6. Check upon receipt

• Inspect the packaging and completeness at the branch or with the courier.
• In case of damage or discrepancies, please file a report with the carrier and notify us - we will promptly help you with a solution.
